Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for any returned product is the purchaser’s responsibility.
Any product returned for refund will have the original outbound shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
Outbound shipping is included with all shed door orders for all orders delivered within the Continental United States.

Note:

Our warranty does not cover blemishes or imperfections in the wood doors. We buy top quality construction grade lumber to frame the shed doors and they will have knots and other blemishes and imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the door. Our warranty does not cover splits in the framing lumber or trim that may happen during construction.

We do not make perfectly tight joints between framing pieces or trim pieces. Spaces on the trim allow for the natural movement (contraction or constriction) that occurs with something natural like wood and the larger spaces on the frame allows even more movement preventing bowing or buckling of the doors. Some framing lumber and trim may split during construction. All doors are inspected before shipping and splits that harm the integrity are replaced.

Shed doors are unfinished and should be painted, inside and out including all of the edges. The main sections of the door constructed from siding are pre-primed. Framing and trim are not primed and we suggest using a primer or a finish paint that also is a primer.

If you would like to fill spaces between joints on the trim, you can use expandable wood putty or caulk, allow to dry and then paint.
